Paint Night and Basket Raffle

Come enjoy a relaxing evening of painting with friends! Money raised in previous fundraisers has been used to send colleagues to an intensive two-week long Clubhouse training, run camping trips for collegial bonding, support operations, and for social events we wouldn’t be able to afford otherwise! This is a fundraiser like none before at the Clubhouse, please help us make it a success!

Clubhouse International Accreditation

Residential Supportive Living Program

On April 3, 2018, the Residential Supportive Living Program hosted its annual Lynn Robins Passover Seder at Charles Morris Hall. Many thanks to Rabbi Eli Seidman for leading the Seder, Cantor Laura Berman and Ed Frim for musical accompaniment, and the Robins Family for underwriting this lovely annual event.


Shore-Whitehill Award

On May 17, Dr. Matthew Keller, board president of Jewish Family and Community Services received the 2018 Shore-Whitehill Award at the JFCS annual meeting. The Shore-Whitehill Award celebrates volunteers who promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the fabric of Jewish life through advocacy or direct service to individuals and families.


JRS Walking Program

The JRS Walking Program kicked off the 2018 season with a walk at the Pittsburgh Zoo in April. JRS also participated in the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community in May. The Walking Program is a great way to stay in shape and visit interesting places in the Pittsburgh area!


A Special Evening to Honor Debbie Friedman

On June 30, 2016, Debbie was honored for her many accomplishments as the first Executive Director of JRS. Read More
